Raffle Terms

1. Eligibility

  • The Belong raffle is open to all registered and active users of the Belong application worldwide, aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • To receive one (1) raffle ticket, you must invite three (3) new or returning friends who successfully join Belong and are active in the app. Prior membership with Belong does not disqualify an invite.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry has no monetary or resale value.

2. Entries

  • Each set of three (3) invited and active friends within a calendar month qualifies you for one (1) raffle ticket.
  • Multiple entries are permitted. For example, two sets of three invited friends = two raffle tickets.
  • If friends are invited at the end of a month and do not complete signup before the month closes, their counter resets for the following month.
  • Belong reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the system.

3. Draw & Winner Selection

  • A winner will be drawn on the last day of each month.
  • The selected winner will be contacted through the Belong app to confirm they are active and to request valid banking details for prize allocation.
  • As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Belong may publicly display their name and/or profile as the official raffle winner to the global Belong community. This may include in-app announcements as well as on Belong’s official social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Consent to this publicity is required to receive the prize.

4. Runner-Up Allocation

  • If the selected winner is not active, fails to provide valid banking details on the same day of contact, or refuses consent to publicity, the prize will be offered to the next eligible runner-up.
  • This process will continue until an active user provides valid banking details and consent.

5. Prize Payment

  • The prize will be paid via bank transfer into the nominated bank account provided by the winner.
  • Payment will be made on the same day the details are confirmed, or as soon thereafter as processing is completed.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no resale value. Substitutions are not permitted except at Belong’s sole discretion where circumstances require.

6. Conditions for Invited Friends

  • Invited friends must join Belong and remain active in the app to qualify toward the inviter’s raffle ticket(s).
  • If invited friends delete their account or become inactive, they will not count toward eligibility.

7. Taxes & Local Legal Compliance

  • Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, levies, or fees arising from receipt of the prize, in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
  • Participation in this raffle is subject to all applicable laws in the user’s jurisdiction. Where prohibited, the raffle is void.

8. Data Protection

  • Banking details and any personal information provided by winners will be used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and allocating the prize, and will be handled in accordance with Belong’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Terms

  • Belong reserves the right to verify user eligibility, activity status, and compliance with these conditions.
  • Belong may amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by Belong regarding the raffle, winners, and prize allocation are final and binding.
  • Belong accepts no liability for bank transfer delays, foreign exchange charges, or issues arising from incorrect banking information provided by the winner

10. Legal & Liability

  • Belong accepts no responsibility for technical issues, incomplete entries, or delays beyond our control.
  • By participating, users agree to these conditions and acknowledge that Belong reserves all rights in relation to this raffle.
  • These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
