April is Stress Awareness Month and this is the perfect opportunity to begin the conversation around stress. Let’s check in with how we’re feeling. We all get overwhelmed sometimes and this can be even more challenging when you’re away from family and friends. Here are some stress-relieving tips to help you while living in Dubai…

Take a break
When you’re feeling stressed it’s important to step away and take a moment for yourself. Do something that makes you happy. Not sure where to go? Make sure to check out the ASKWHO groups that match your interests, for recommendations from like-minded people.

Try something new 

Learning a new skill or trying something you haven’t done before helps to develop feelings of competency and growth. In turn, this alleviates stress.
